The Maria, Reina de la Pau University Residence is located in the very center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Sant Jaume – behind the city hall – in a 19th-century house fully restored but with a touch of old-world charm. All rooms feature large windows, abundant natural light, heating, and air conditioning. The residence boasts a spacious terrace with stunning views over Barcelona, along with a solarium area, ideal for studying, reading, relaxing, or sunbathing. The house enjoys a privileged location both for its setting – in the Gothic Quarter – and for its easy access to public transport by metro, bus, taxi, or bike. Getting to university can be as simple as taking a short urban stroll, saving time and metro cards.
