Just 60 meters from Las Ramblas and close to the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the beach, it offers easy access to a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. In addition, it includes coworking spaces, a fitness area, and a dynamic community that hosts exclusive events.

The Maria, Reina de la Pau University Residence is located in the very center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Sant Jaume – behind the city hall – in a 19th-century house fully restored but with a touch of old-world charm. All rooms feature large windows, abundant natural light, heating, and air conditioning. The residence boasts a spacious terrace with stunning views over Barcelona, along with a solarium area, ideal for studying, reading, relaxing, or sunbathing. The house enjoys a privileged location both for its setting – in the Gothic Quarter – and for its easy access to public transport by metro, bus, taxi, or bike. Getting to university can be as simple as taking a short urban stroll, saving time and metro cards. The residence is a 5 to 10-minute walk from several universities and 10 minutes from the beach, very close to Ciutadella Park, a perfect spot for jogging.
